True: https://oh.truelacrosse.com/
Director is Caitlin Prince (cprince@truelacrosse.com), who is an Assistant Head Coach for University of Cincinnati’s team.
Tryouts are in August, and practices (once a week on Sunday mornings, usually) practices start in September for 8 weeks. The practices are in preparation for a fall tournament, usually in Chicago.
Winter practices are once per week and start in December for about 7 weeks.
Summer practices are 3x on weeknights starting in June. There are tournaments roughly every 3 weeks starting in mid-June.
Cost is about $1900, but offers around 70 hours of practice/instruction and includes the 4 tournaments.
Velocity

Similar model to True. Are focused on 3-4 summer tournaments with weekly practices. They do have an optional fall tournament, as well. Team prices range from $700-$1200 for the summer, depending on age and which team they play for (offer both developmental and competitive teams).
Natalie Lang is their head coach. (natalielang@velocitylacrosse.com)
Cincy Lax

Team run by the head coach at Sycamore, Eddie Clark. I think play in 2 summer tournaments and fall practices. $600 for their season, plus $100 uniform fee.
Also offers some indoor clinics, as well during the winter and some optional tournaments for a fee ($50-75 per tourney).
MFL (Major Force Lacrosse): They offer a combination of what CincyLax offers and what True/Velocity offer. https://www.majorforcelacrosse.com/
The “Open Membership” runs $900 for the year, and offers 30 hours of training and 2 tournaments, no commitment to practice schedule or tournament attendance.
The “Elite Membership” runs $1300 for the year, 70 hours of training, 3 camps, 4-7 tourneys (depending on age group, so I would imagine 4 or 5 at our age). Players are expected to attend tourneys, training sessions and camps.
Practices look to be in Blue Ash.
